Actually, just looking at the timings, would never made it. Düsseldorf airport to Cologne hotel, dump gear then train to Dortmund. Will just hang out with the TA in Cologne. J

Having had some scorchers recently I’ve taken to leaving the kilt at home Oslo Cyprus Seville (And the Rugby World Cup in Marseilles, Nice and Lille) That said, it’s a tournament so need to go balls out (literally) and wear the kilt. I’ll take with but only wear on match days. Shorts every other day. Fingers crossed for wall to wall sunshine. J

I chose seats on my Euro 24 Ice train. I went first class though. Wonder if that’s the difference? it was dirt cheap on our train Düsseldorf to Stuttgart on the Saturday before our game. J

Yes, that looks similar to the invoice I got with both my ballot tickets and Scotland tickets. If it’s a reputable site there’s a good system for getting tickets. As long as you don’t mind paying WELL over the odds. I bought Scotland tickets on Stubhub last Euros. They arrived immediately. I did buy them last minute though and the original owners must have had them in the app to transfer. J

Plus, it will be a proper tasty game. So they won’t be wanting interlopers in each others ends. That and the fact there’s a Mahoosive Turkish population in Germany. Spicy. J

I have Slovakia v Playoff B (Ukraine or Iceland). So much less tasty. Would love for Iceland to get through, their fans look good craic. Ukraine, meh, world football darlings. I think they’ve had enough exposure. Plus still annoyed about that WC playoff where we never in a million years were going to win. J
