    Phillips has played at all those levels to,and will go on to play under 21 level.If he does not come and play for us.Both McEachrans parents are from Cambletown.So how could he not feel Scottish?When all his relatives are Scots to?If he jumps ship now,he will gain lots off respect just like Rhodes.And not wait till he is in his early 20ties,to find that England dont want him.And he has hardly played much for Chelsea.Even Wiltshire at Arsenal has played more games.So he might not be as good as...
