Just managed to get tickets on 11 points.
Was reasonably straight forward bar letting me select the east stand and then kicking me back for 2 minutes. Eventually showed it as sold out so gone with the north stand.
Would like to know what the "operational issues" are.
Hopefully just a case of home attendances being that poor they've moved it and hopefully the away allocation will remain close to what it would have been.
The away allocation remaining close to what it would have been is probably wishful thinking
Hi,
Does anyone know of any supporter busses running (and currently taking bookings) from Aberdeen to the Ukraine game on Wednesday 21st September.
I'd be looking for 3 seats.
Thanks
You are right about the police but had ICT only got a couple of sections behind the goal then the police would have given Aberdeen the remainder of the bottom tier and sections in the top tier that weren't above ICT fans.
ICT did complain.
ICT were supposed to only get a couple of sections behind the goal and part of the main stand.
They argued that it would be better for them to have all there fans in the one stand so the SPFL gave them the whole stand behind the goal.
If the SPFL had stuck to there original plans AFC could of got extra tickets in the top tier.
£25 (£30 public sale) for a seat in the West Stand for Belgium and Portugal. I'm sure we've paid a lot more than that for qualifiers and a glamour friendly against England. At least the price is coming down
Probably plays a big part in the price increase.
Was there not an issue with the SFA not making a profit out of the Argentina game a couple of years ago. With the fee they had to pay Argentina they needed close to a full house to make it worthwhile.
Good luck with that. Pegasus are awful at getting flights on time. We used them for Georgia and every flight to, from and connections (thankfully meant we didn't miss them) was delayed by a couple of hours.
If we had qualified then Strachan would still be manager. Unlikely Hendry, McKenna, Cairney or Russell would be in the squad under his management. Hanley, Anya, Morrison and Martin would take there places.
