REVISED TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS FOR WEMBLEY
NEW LOWER COST £69
First of all can we thank you for booking your place on the train, and your payments received. However unfortunately with a heavy heart we have had to take the decision to cancel the train mainly due to non payments from those who originally reserved seats. This has not been an easy decision as this is the first time we have had to change our original travel plans, especially after the many other very successful trips that we’ve arranged for the tartan army. So after many sleepless nights we have decided that there is no other option available to us, other than to offer you a really good alternative, at a cheaper price.
What we have done is to book a fleet of Executive Coaches for the Wembley Invasion. The times for departure and arrival remains the same, as does the travel time. This option has actually given us a bit more flexibility in that there will be the added option for you to be dropped off at Wembley in the morning or the choice to go on to London City Centre to spend the day there before the match in the evening.
There will still be the pre train party at Sportsters Edinburgh 5-11pm, and where wristbands etc will be distributed, and the coaches will leave from Waverley Station as before.
So travel details are-
Outwards Thursday 10th November
5-11pm meet at Sportsters Bar Edinburgh, free entry pre train party.
11pm depart for London on Executive Travel Coaches
Arrive London at choice of stops – 1-Wembley or 2-London City Centre Friday 7am approx.
Return Friday 11th November after the match
Depart Wembley Stadium 10.30pm
Arrive Edinburgh Waverley Sat 7am approx.
Please note the cost of this travel is £69 and you will be REFUNDED the difference of the original price. (For example if you paid £139 you will get a refund of £70).
The Executive Coaches have climate control, reclining seats, stereo, DVD hot and cold drinks machine for teas and coffees etc., toilet, storage space and you can leave items on the coach if you wish.
The coaches will travel in a ‘tartan army convey’ with two rest breaks on route.
We have provided your reference number with this email and would appreciate if you could use this when emailing back.
If for any reason you do not want to take up this offer you will be refunded the full amount that you have paid within 30 days.
If you do take up this offer you will receive a re-payment as outlined above.
Can you please respond by email no later than Friday 21st October 2016 and quote your reference number and we will confirm your seat numbers and coach details etc.
