  1. Cheers Jim. We've two Scottish campervans heading over. Good info. Paddy
  2. I've booked this as well for 8 of us in 2 camper vans. I agree, it well expensive, but on looking at hotels, a lot cheaper than them lol!
  3. Two camper vans going from Greenock via the Channel Tunnel. It'll be an adventure if nothing else!
  4. I've always been a big fan of "Gerrintaethem" repeated ad nauseam.
  5. Davy, can I book 3 seats from Paphos please? Happy to be a bus convener again if required as well! Paddy Sheekey
  6. Ahoy! A steady group of about 14 of us have been attending every home game and most away games for many years. We've always just allowed one poor sod to book everything and everyone else sends him the money. We've decided we should really be proactive and set up a savings club type thing, then money will already be there if peeps have paid in. As we're all steamers with no accountancy knowledge whatsoever, any advice would be greatly welcomed!
  7. Four of us in the Edem hotel. Sounds a bit cheesy! It's got a swimming pool and spa, really far posher than any digs we've stayed in at previous games. Price and location are key.
  8. A cov test 3 days before travel? That means I can do the test from my house, before I even leave Scotland!
  9. I got my link at 0900 this morning. Tickets bought on special number. 😉
  10. Davie, I'll steward bus L10 if required pal. I'm be coming a dab hand at it now!
  11. We tend to get the train. Queues are never long.
  12. Get yourself along to Hootenanny's mate. It's brilliant in there pre-match. The band Tartan Sound are playing again, its always a cracking wee day, the band really get everyone going,. More importantly, its free to enter and you can get served at the bar easily! We go there before every home game now. Great atmosphere.
  13. Squad of us on the same flight pal.
  14. Two of us on the Luton flight on Friday morning as well, we arrive from Glasgow at 2010 tomorrow night with no digs booked, hope theres a good boozer nearby until the lounge opens at 0400!
  15. SFA guy if you're reading this: hand the tickets out on the buses, it'll be a lot quicker!
  16. Davie. 2 paid under Shaddypeekey bus 25 via paypal. I'll do the bus Gestapo for 25 if you're stuck.
  17. After reading the other post, I can't wait for the delights of Luton on a Wintery Thursday evening!
  18. Davie, if there's room, can you add another two from Greenock to your list pal? Let me know as well if you're stuck for volunteer stewards, I'll do one if you need. Cheers! Paddy. By the Way, have you chartered every bus in Albania?
  19. Two of us booked on this flight. No digs in Luton, anyone know if the airport seats are comfy?!
  20. Sad times. I'm not a fan of the Facebook pages, I much prefer getting my flights/travel/pubs advice from here. Such a shame. Where else can I argue about politics and stuff semi anonymously? Not on Facebook that's for sure.
  21. Another reason we never got Yes. People were put off with the "Socialist Utopia" line put forward by a lot of the Yes camp. Thers a very good reason the Tories are second in Scotland and it's not because they are pro union. It's because the Labour Party sold their soul during the referendum, and the Tories aren't the SNP. A fair proportion of Scottish Conservative voters will be Pro Indy, just not Pro Socialist Utopia/SNP.
  22. She never sounded as if her heart was in the No campaign. It was as if she felt she had to go no. She probably voted Yes at the Ballot box. Her and wee Ruth.
  23. Cool. I cant help but think this might be better as one charity doing both? Both of them sound like they do good deeds, so why not combine and do them together? I've happily donated to both, but I must admit I thought they were the same thing until I actually gave it a bit of thought.
