Just watched that. Not sure it'll convince NO voters. Sounds like conspiracy theories more than anything. Good for the converted who want reaffirmation of their world view.

A biased view of a biased view

As a first reaction, i thought it was too long, and 15 minutes packing in the hardest punches would be more effective.

On second thoughts, I think what is missing is what a traditional documentary typically does, which is to confront 'the accused' and get them to explain themselves/ incriminate themselves. Why not show an interview with someone from BBC, asking them to explain why they gave so much airtime to No Borders, why Esler and Marr were so unquestioning of their interviewees, how did Nick Robinson excuse his 'deception', how did the BBC defend cutting the shot of Salmond to mislead the public, how did the BBC justify inbuilt Unionist majorities across Question Time, how did they justify the BBC happy to be pro (pro Union) CBI for so long? Without seeing their response it's hard to imagine it's the whole picture. Maybe they wouldn't cooperate? If not, why not show them trying to get an interview, and being rebuffed? and show them this is what your licence fee is paying for.

It also brought back memories of the real grassroots power and passion of the Yes campaign and how it was thwarted in part by propaganda effects of the likes of No Borders, a fake front propped up by the few, and how that could be done once but surely cannot hold out forever.  Just saw some programme on 1989 and the politics there and the fall of communism and how in the end the leaders, military and the media however seemingly powerful could not hold out forever.
