min
Really didn't think Evans was capable of this form - first ever ATP final in Sydney last week and now a career best performance in a major. He'll comfortably enter the top 50 in the rankings after this tournament and overtake Kyle Edmund.

Parklife
A terrible performance by Murray. So many errors that he never normally makes. Gutted ?
min
No arguments there, Murray just couldn't cope with the unorthodox style. Gutted!

Mox
Murray is a perennial underachiever. He'll go down as a good tennis player, but he'll never trouble the greats.

Lets be honest, olympics and 14 other titles mean hee haw in the grand scheme of things, it's grand slams thats matter and he's won a lot less than he should have. Bannannan
Winning 3 grand slams coming from Scotland, yes i know he went to Spain,is hardly under achieving.Competive tennis in Scotland is the ultimate backwater, nothings changed for years. Parklife
He's only won 3 slams, 2 Olympic Singles Golds, the Davis Cup, 1 World Tour Finals and 14 Masters 1000 events, all while competing against 3 of the 4 or 5 finest players in history. WHAT A FAILURE!!
Fairbairn
The thing I find frustrating, and this isn't Murray's fault, is that if Wawrinka wins this tournament which is a possibility he'll have more Slams than Murray who is a considerably better player!! Murray is more consistent, works harder and is less likely to suffer shock defeats as his level rarely drops low enough to lose to players ranked >10. Hence him being consistently higher ranked. I'd say Stan's best tennis is a higher level than Andy's best though.
