albagubrath Posted February 13, 2017 Share Posted February 13, 2017 Seeing as the TAMB is a wealth of information I am hoping someone here might have some knowledge of data recovery. I am trying to recover deleted text messages from an Iphone6 and so far Apple have been less than useful. I have tried a downloadable third party app which was ok until they asked me for $69 to continue. I also got a quote from a company in Sheffield that wanted £400 to do it! It is only a few texts I need recovered but they are very important. If anyone can recommend a free app or somewhere reliable and cheap that would be much appreciated. Possibly restoring a back up from a pc or cloud would bring them back, if you have a back up from before they were deleted. id be wary of any online tool looking for money. Thanks in advance Have you tried speaking to your provider to see if they have them saved? some do. worth asking as you are entitled to see them if they do save them. Have you tried restoring a previous backup? if you have done one. If you do a backup, then go to a previous backup which may have the texts, that would bring them back to your phone. Dr.Fone?
