you sir are truly a inspiration to all l  think of that photo you put up on the tamb when where at your heaviest weight and later you started to run marathons how much weight did you lose ? Once again well done  in relation to mental health think that l can relate to the program as well exercise is a real anti depressant and there is no greater feeling after doing 5km or maybe 10 km run
