Vitalii Sediuk..... he is like Keith Lemon/Sacha Baron Cohen of Ukrainian tv (not sure if he still has it, but used to have his own tv show) and has done this sort of things with a number of celebs over the years (Madonna, Will Smith, The Kardashian's, Brad Pitt (IIRC Pitt had him arrested because he smacked him in the face or something).... that is why he was able to get onto the stage with relative ease, using his "celeb" status in Ukraine to do so, and why Jamala hardly batted a eyelid when he did it around her.
