Klopp said it was just rotation and because they have milner and Gomez on the bench Robertson isn't needed.

Bit crap when he's clearly on fire.

He needs game time for Slovakia in a month. Champs league this week, and I'll bet he still doesn't play. One of our best players isn't getting a game for his club despite  great performances. Wtf....

Currently watching Cummings, McKay, Fletcher and Bannan (and Wallace). All started brightly.  cummings and McKay potentially in the squad for the next campaign.

Bannan has just assisted the goal and playing well. I think there is still a place for Bannan, just need to find his correct position.

*assist for McKay now.

Also Bridcutt.

Rhodes and George Boyd on bench.

Bannan has always looked good in the championship.

He just isn't good enough for the step up from championship to premiership or, more importantly, international football either.

Another good 90 minutes for Darren Fletcher against a good team today. Maybe he was off form rather than finished when he had some poor games?

Probably in the minority but would be happy enough if he started the games in October, think he warrants it on current form. Brown won't be dropped though.

Darren Fletcher should be in first team ahead of McArthur, he has been an great servant and has never shirked responsibility for Scotland and has always played his heart out. He also plays at a higher level than most of our squad.

Might well need both brown and Fletcher. We seem to have difficulty in playing at high tempo for two games in a row

You're not in the minority. Fletchers's passing is good enough for the Premier Leaqgue of England; unlike Brown he he can pass more than 5 yards and does not risk bookings.

His diagonal pass yesterday leading to the goal was superb. He also looks fit and full of fight.
