Callum Paterson will be playing for Cardiff soon. Option at RB or RWB. Powerful. Scores goals. Monster throw in. Unfair on Tierney but he has a right foot.

Might be time to try Tierney left back and Robertson left midfield? Think Hull played him there and he seems to be better going forward than defensively....

Have also heard people tout Tierney as CB, can't be worse than what we've got.

No way will Tierney drop out the team because Patterson is back. I think there is room for both, and Robertson.

Well Liverpool getting thrashed 5-0 cant have done Robertson any harm. By all accounts the Liverpool defending was shambolic.

It was the middle and on their right that Liverpool got run through on Saturday. The young lad Alexander-Arnold was given a rude awakening about football at that level.  Remarkably Moreno was their best defender, though the bar was set particularly low.  Not seen any team news or speculation about Liverpool's game tonight but Robertson must have a chance of starting.  I reckon one of the reasons Moreno played Saturday is Robertson had played two international games whilst Moreno wasn't away.
