Someone I know has a shared ownership house on an estate I like and is looking to move. I'm kinda interested in it as he needs something for his growing family. Anyhow, usually when folk sell a house, if you can keep estate agents away, the seller can save thousands, but would I be doing my friend a favour as his property is 50/50 shared ownership or does it not matter?? Not really considrered it that deeply so any useful tidbits or things you know now / recollections / pitfalls, do let me in on it.
