Pool Q
BT Broadband. Their customer service is a mixture of Catch 22, the Divine Comedy and Kafka. Avoid.

deecie
Avoid BT. Get SKY.
Broath Boy
DO NOT GET BT. And don't get but tv its utter crap. But home hub 5 won't connect to any Apple products without restarting it at least once a day. Hate to say this but I wish I never changed from Sky. rolaaand
Plusnet fibre optic has been fine since I got it six months ago. Regularly getting 75 Mbps download speed. Can't comment on the customer service side of things as I haven't had to call them, but the transfer from ky old provider to them was seamless. Never had a problem connecting any apple products to my homehub 5. Agree with you about the TV only good thing was being able to scroll back rather than having to troll through pages to find a progam

Broath Boy
2nd time today so far had to restart home hub 5 to connect iPad to net. BT said Apple products connect a 5 mhs and that's the issue, they said connect a 2.5 mhs and will connect. Not tried that yet but I paid to be connected to fastest service which they are not delivering. (Mhs) not sure if correct terminology. Robroysboy
Virgin has the best broadband but its not available in all areas.
dezmondo
Just make sure you do stay away from EE......truly awful. Signed up when I was hungover and worst mistake I made. Speed is appaling and 1mb or under when we do a line test. Virgin and sky appear to be the cheapest when tying in with tv.
sbcmfc
Would recommend Virgin, we were with them for years. Just phone up once a year and threaten to leave to keep the cost down. With BT now, but only because we're getting my brother in laws staff rate.

King Of Paisley
He's a cnut, Flora. Bumped up our tariff for our broadband, phone and TV package and we still get the same shitty selection of satellite channels. Time to try and have a look at BT. deecie
BT not letting me watch BT Sport online despite me quite clearly using BT internet as they say i've got my password wrong is rather annoying. If they don't sort this by 3.30pm there'll be trouble.
