Debian
He looks like a junkie there. Not acceptable at all. Hopefully Strachan punishes him for a game or two for this.
phart
Whit a state, during the season as well. Hardly seems the most efficient way to prepare for a game.

JECK
Oh dear. That in embra or weege? Laddie looks depressed in the first photo.to be honest if those pictures don't embarrass him to feck and give an almighty rocket then I'd be worried. Hopefully strachan does no such thing with regards to dropping/punishing him.

Classic RangurzMeeja permarage there. Aye and Strachan should call up the incredible David Templeton and Ian Black instead. Celtic will deal with this. Strachan may have a word with Brown. That's the way it should be. Dropping him for these two games is a stupid idea.
Caledonian Craig
Not good. Not good at all. First up Broon has been excellent for us and irreplaceable but this is shameful. Here he is looking like a dosser and acting like a tosser and even worse caught in the act by the media. It is just not good enough Broon. What image does that send out to our younger generation and up and coming internationals? I am not sure what Strachan can do about this apart from read the riot act and perhaps strip him of the captaincy. A ban would be taking huge risks with qualification hopes though. Hopefully, Broon will be as ashamed of this as we all are and it snaps him into sorting himself out. ParisInAKilt
Embarrassing for him. Maybe Celtic and Strachan will want a word with him but talk of a ban is OTT.
Lion Rampant
I don't think that it is Strachan's responsibility to discipline him for something that has happened when he's back with his club. Maybe different if this happens between two international matches. This is for celtic and Deila to deal with. Strachan will have a quiet word with him and that will be that. Very disappointing to see, very unprofessional.
Parklife
And that's why he plays for Celtic and not a top side. So many of our players seem determined not to make the best of themselves. It's really not that difficult to not drink and eat shite food. Needs to get his priorities straight.
wembley67lisbon
First time I can ever recall 'scandal' with brown outwith football. And the fact it's the sun, I'm going to take the fact it was Wednesday night there with a pinch of salt. But, some state to be getting in as a pro footballer. Silly. Caledonian Craig
Agreed Parklife. In around three or four years time he can act like a jakey as much as he wants when he has retired but not when he is captain of Celtic and the national team. The Boozegate scandal obviously didn't scare him enough when he dodged a bullet there.

jimstroma
FFS, Brown is not used to drink as he is a true professional. Maybe he is just a wee bit light headed after a couple of pints and needed a bit fresh air. We have all been there
dandydunn
Celtic should lose points over this. Disgraceful. Having a drink on his day off is no way for anyone to behave. Edited March 13, 2015 by dandydunn

It's really not that difficult to not drink and eat shite food. Needs to get his priorities straight. In a nutshell. He (or any other player) has no excuse for behaving like this. The fact he was caught by someone with a camera phone is irrelevant, he should have far more pride in his own privileged position as a top Scottish professional sportsman. Sums up the thought process of too many in our game and goes a long way to typify what holds our game back in general
JECK
Surely the fashion police should be involved here enquiring as to why he's sort of dressed like a ninja? I'm outraged at this get up

It's really not that difficult to not drink and eat shite food. Needs to get his priorities straight. Probably more to do with his reoccurring hip injury but feel free to go over the top. Surprised and disappointed to see these pictures. Always thought of Brown as a model pro and thought he avoided drinking.
Fairbairn
First time I can ever recall 'scandal' with brown outwith football. And the fact it's the sun, I'm going to take the fact it was Wednesday night there with a pinch of salt. But, some state to be getting in as a pro footballer. Silly. Was there not something to do with him getting chucked off a train going to Newcastle on a stag do or something like that? I'd imagine Celtic will read him the riot act but nothing more than a quiet word from Strachan is required. Talk of bans and stripping him of the captaincy are way over the top and hilariously melodramatic. And as for why he doesn't play for a top team? Maybe it's because he's not good enough.
