SMcoolJ
Speaking of centre backs, just had breakfast next to Gary Cahill. Wanted to ask him how his head was. Might pluck up the courage later today after a couple of afternoon beers!!

Although perhaps more Mcghoo than Strachan to thank for that. Childish and incompetent unfortunately - not a good combo.

Watford are looking for a left back and are managed by Marco Silva, the Hull City Manager who rejected a £10 million offer for Robertson back in January from Burnley, so he obviously rates him. Can understand that Robertson may well fancy Liverpool or Newcastle, but if they don't want him then playing for his previous Manager may well be attractive to him if they had a good relationship at Hull. At least he will still be playing in the top flight for someone by the looks of it. Going into the last year of his contract so Hull pretty much need to sell him now. And I'd sooner see him at a team in the top flight where first team football is almost certainly guaranteed. I don't think that would have been the case at Liverpool for sure maybe less so at Newcastle.

wanderer
Watford just splashed something like £8m on Will Hughes from Derby the other day, so does look like they plan to spend a bit this summer, so would not be surprised if they are after Roberston. the_fadiator
Robertson's so far been linked with Liverpool, Burnley, Newcastle, Watford, West Brom and Bournemouth. It'd be brave to predict where he ends up.

Doubt it, don't think the Dundee United fans rated him that much. Seems going aboard worked out well for him winning the league in Poland and the cup in Turkey. Wish more of our plays would give it a try.
