With the state of the greek ecomony, rumours they will exit the euro would this move not be viewed as a economic gamble ?

That aside a move to a top european team would be great for him and us if he could get a regular game.

Russell Martin and Matt Ritchie have been named in the Championship team of the year.

Bristol City wingback Joe Bryan was named in the League 1 team of the year, he's eligible for us.

He looks interesting, right age, in a team on the up.

John Souttar linked with Celtic (along with Ciftci)

How many games has John played in Midfield now - I thought it was only a couple, but apparently he is now 'officially' a midfielder?

Disappointing news all round there though (if true); we desperately need some top centreback prospects, and we desperately don't need our best prospects, centrebacks or not, being third choice picks at Celtic.

He's not quite big enough to be a top class centre back. He could be a really top midfielder in the Keane mould, however. With our exciting midfielders we need a bit of physique (without a drop in quality) in support of these players. I think Celtic would be a good move on account of their manager, but he should move after a few years to a top league.

seems to be history repeating itself here with celtic poaching all utds best players like they used to do to hibs

Imagine a top team buying up other teams talent. Unfortunately its the way football is the world over. Players want to go to the biggest team they can.
