this is too big a game for the ritchie experiement to be continued, he has had 2 competitive international games and been woeful in them both. back to friendlies and sub appearances if he has to be involved please

Strachan clearly see's something that he likes in him..... Ireland granted he was like a rabbit caught in headlights, but think you are being a bit harsh on his Gibraltar performance.... he was hooked at half time not due to performance (which was actually ok) but tactical because Strachan had messed up that day by having us far to light at the back with his master plan to try get Ritchie, Anya, Maloney and Nasimith all playing together.

First visit here and firat post after reading the banter ! Isn't it great that after so long we've a problem of which quality players to pick ! Think the last few squad suggestions will be close. But wee gord will be thinking of two teams already. One vs Georgia and then different vs Germany. Noticed in all these pages no one has mentioned one squad player in a good or bad way. James McArthur. As someone here said WGS usually throws in a wild card and he might play in one of the games.

I doubt there is much room to underestimate a team ranked 154 in the world. Probably over estimating our ability to break them down after our less then emphatic victory at home. But I think as fans we should be expecting a victory and would require a serious dip in our performance to be defeated.

Will be almost same team in both games. I am starting to worry people are underestimating Georgia

I dont think they are as bad as some think, but we should be going there for 3 points without a doubt, and the team need to go out and play positive football.

Although it is full of quality players, it's not the same level it was 2 years ago. We can get something from our home game.

Of course Germanys squad is very strong and probably every one of their players would get into ours, but I would fancy Anya's pace against Rudy or Boateng at right back. I will confess to having never seen Hector the left back play. We sure he doesn't have scottish links?
