He simply has to embrace change and get the young(ish) players like Ryan Fraser, Liam Cooper, Johnny Russell, Ryan Gauld, Stuart Armstrong, Ryan Christie, Graeme Shinnie, Liam Palmer and Callum Paterson involved over the next twelve months. Russell coming on tonight is a start. Would bring on Graeme Shinnie shortly, an opportunity to give him an easy introduction to international football here.
