1. Team on the up

2. Ambitious manager

3. Forward thinking expansive football

4. Bigger fan base

5. More chance of a Scotland call up

Sounds ambitious to me

1. A team in the Championship

2. Decent manager who will be off when the first decent offer from England comes in.

3. Expansive football against the might of Alloa, Livingston and Dumbarton. Been battered every time they play a team from the top league.

4. So what. Most of them only there for a bigot fest and to sing songs about Celtic.

5. I'll ask Lee Wallace if that's true.

Not at all. Caulker wants to play and would be a great asset for us.

Douglas has been excellent in Poland and adapted well to European Football. Deserves a chance to oust Robertson.

Not aimed at Douglas but Caulker, im sure he said around 5 years ago that he only wanted to play for England and would snub any approach from Scotland

Times change mate. We need a good centre half. There's one willing to play for us.

Whether it's right or wrong you can be assured Strachan will be bending over backwards to get caulker in if he's indicating he wants to switch. A premier league centre half?! Once you hear that accent (ala Matt Elliot) your heart sinks a little bit but maybe it's just what happens these days in football. Until the eligibility thing is looked at you may as well use it to your advantage.

Ps I now take all the above back. A quick wiki search has revealed SC turned out for team GB 5 times in 2012. You just know this going to be brought up by some complete unionist #### somewhere down the line when the "debate" inevitably rears its ugly head for the hundredth time.
