The ones we were in last time they all seemed to be underground and were small and narrow with low ceilings. They didn't even look like nightclubs. One was like a restaurant with a staircase that led to it. If it wasn't for the fact it was full off Scotland fans we'd never have gave it a second look

Loads of decent nightlife Brian, we are staying until Sunday anaw :ok:

BIG Macer, going over with you Jim ?

Was with him for the no striker gate game, long story but I missed the nightlife on that trip.

Hope to catch up with you over there.

Happy new year

The aforementioned Lavka is like that. Basement, dungeon type job.

Letna was more of a traditional nightclub.

Not exaclty nightlife but anyone looking for something to do would do well to get in touch with this place and ask for their brewery tour and spend an afternoon here - http://www.unetickypivovar.cz/

I was over to see Frank Turner a couple of March's back in early, cold March and went here on a Monday. Got there at midday had lunch then the tour then we all stayed supping and had dinner before leaving at 8pm.

Bill in total was £25 each with a big tip. The place was busy all day with locals and it was a great day.

We got a taxi out and back for less than £10 a head return and it takes about 20 minutes. You can get a bus there for buttons though.

Multiple bars in Lavka including a great terrace on the river overlooking the Charles Bridge, maybe not so good at the end of March though.

Kalovy Lazne just next to Lavka is one of the largest nightclubs in eastern Europe. Has 5 floors with different music on each floor. Very busy and sweaty but a decent night.

Go to the Atlas bar, easy to pull in there.

Only been once which was 10 years ago and will never forget the experience in The Roxy. You know you're in for a good night when the bouncers are reading jazz mags and trying to sell you drugs on the way in. Inside it was like a big theatre with folk lying KOd all over the place.

Memories...
