Rossy
Simon Church has been playing professional football since 2007. He's now scored 10% of his total career goals (or just off it), in a month with the Dons.
Jagtag
Let's just hope the Jags can do you a favour on Saturday. Well done the Dons but we just seem to keep switching off at crucial times.

TartanJon
Apart from a 20 minute spell in the 2nd half where Thistle threatened to run riot it was pretty much all Aberdeen, mostly huffing and puffing until old man Robson dragged them over the line. Thistles goal was a screamer and ref was a feckin homer again. They really hate Aberdeen haha!

TartanJon
I still think we blew our best chance when we weakened the squad in January.

But no. zero chance and cant believe any Aberdeen fan for one second thought they had a chance this season, if they did they are naive. Even now do they think they can win. Look at the goal difference. Celtic are miles stronger even with a rubbish manager.

thplinth
Alas I'd say Leicester have a better chance of winning the EPL than Aberdeen the SPL. By a way...

Saying that if as TartanJon says we strengthened in transfer window instead of weakening the squad, i believe we would have been in top spot at this time. Barry Robson playing bit part role in the run in could be a big difference for us. Another big one on saturday against Killie. Mon The Jags !! vanderark14
I'm not sure I still agree that we weakened our squad in January. Goodwillie going was long overdue, his replacement albeit a short term one has done more in a month than Goodwillie did with any start he got. We lost a couple of players but we've seen the emergence of storie who at this moment in time I'd rather see instead of Ryan Jack. losing Quinn was a minor blow but he hardly played anyway, Considine can fill in at CB if needed and he's just as good if not better than Quinn. The big blow was losing Danny Ward but we are still plugging away without him. Edited March 9, 2016 by vanderark14

Obviously. Celtic are still big favourites but if you can't hope and believe your team can win the league, when they're 1 point behind with 9 games to play, then what's the point in even following football?
