Suspect it could be down to him still 'rebuilding' after a long while out with injury, even though he's been back playing for Brighton U21s for a while. Either that or Sbragia is just trolling everyone. Surprised to see no Jay Fulton in the U21s (last seen playing for Swansea in their recent 2-1 win at the Emirates). Was fairly sure he still qualified for the U21s?

Scots_Wha_Hae
I genuinely think that might be the strongest U21 squad I've seen in a while, if not ever. There are standout players at SPL level throughout the team, and the midfield looks superb. God, it really is the hope that kills you! adamntg
There are thirteen Celtic players across those three squads. How many will ever see their first team? Plenty of the rest of the squad are first team regulars already, but I worry that some of our best young talent is not getting a good enough chance. Ever thought the young 15/16year old feels both Scottish and English. It happens to lots of people with mixed heritage /dual nationality etc. It's hardly like a 30 year old journeyman suddenly finding a Scottish granny. Snapperone
Falkirk's Kevin O Hara called up to the Under 19s. Amazing what setting up the winner against Sevco can do for your career.
Alex_Mc
bookies have U21's at 10/1 or 9/1 against France U21's... surely there's not that much between the two teams, considering it was 2-1 at Pittodrie last time round! Anyone know much about the France squad/is that worth a wee punt because our squad is pretty good with a fair amount of them playing at a high level already! Not suprised really, anyone who watched the first game at Pittodrie will tell you we were completely outplayed and outclassed in every department. Craigie Broon was scathing of the team if thats anything to go by. You'd never normally hear him be so critical of anything to do with Scotland. I see out greatest under-21 team of all time just lost 2-0 to France, so another tournament qualification we are already eliminated from. Just the 28 goal attempts to our 2 though............just as well Martial and Coman were with the senior squad. I think to consider that midfield 'superb' you must have a highly optimistic perception on the standard of football played in the SPL to say the least
