Rossy
Just now, BlueGaz said: Why? Do you not think think that makes a mockery of the Scottish population? Like little kids who constantly badger their parents and eventually the parents give in. Lets have a referendum every 2 years until the SNP get their way, and then when we go independant, lets keep having them in case the new Scotland fks up and we want to go back. If there is one anytime soon, and I doubt it, it will be a total joke and the end of the SNP. Your sneering arrogance does all Scots proud. 3 minutes ago, BlueGaz said: Why? We're now condemned in Scotland to an eternal right-wing Westminster government driven by xenophobic, anti-foreigner ideology. A government which has no mandate in Scotland and an ideology that has pulled Scotland out of the EU against its wishes. I would suggest that is most certainly a mandate for the SNP to propose a 2nd independence referendum. Put your SNP hate aside and look at it logically. SNP wanted a vote for indy. 2. We had a vote. 3. Scotland voted to remain as part of the UK. 4. The UK had a vote to leave the EU. 5. The UK voted to leave the EU. Auld_Reekie
If this isnt a material change, Im not sure what is. Big six months for Sturgeon. She should have polls in the field this weekend and start working to shore up No voters as soon as possible. Some major questions about Scottish independence still unanswered makes this hugely complicated and difficult but I dont know how this can be passed up. Sterling. Currency Union. Immigration. All much more complicated now.
