Wanyama is a good player too.

Nah, he's not. He's strong, powerful, quick but he's not a football player. The guy can't pass water.

Wanyama, in the English Barclays Premier League, has scored one goal this season, Wanyama has completed 1099 passes this season with a pass accuracy of 82%, of which 78% were forward passes.

Is 82% a successful pass completion rate? For example Steven Davis in the same Southampton team has 84%.  Looking at the team Wanyama will be going to, Dembelle has a pass accuracy of 90%.

84% isn't bad compared to some of the passing I have seen at the Euros so far. The crossing and passing has been woeful at the majority of the games, no wonder there has been a lack of goals and entertainment.

Indeed. He's tried to prove me wrong but instead proved me right. :)

The stat about forward passes is interesting.

Its all very well having 90% pass success, but if all of them are sideways or back to the centre half they don't achieve anything.

If his success rate is slightly lower as he's trying to thread through defence splitting passes it's not as bad as if he's putting 5 yard sideway passes out the park.

Ebbe Skovdahl was right about statistics!

Not at all, am saying 82% isn't that bad.  If you look at the passing in the euros so far would love to see statistics of some of the top players because it has been utter rank the amount of stray passes went astray

The number of 10 yards passes that have gone straight out the park is frightening!

Cammy Smith linked with a loan move to Dundee Utd.

A loan like this should have happened for him years ago.

Absolutely fck that to Hell.  Signing players on loan from Aberdeen!?

We had a bad year but we should not be developing Aberdeen's players for them.

I will be disgusted if this happens.

Rooney must have been worst culprit on the park last night for stray passes, most overated footballer I have ever saw, hasn't don't nothing for a couple of years.

He had an 88% pass completion ratio. 24 attempted, 21 completed.

Eric Dier (who plays in similar position to Wanyama) had a 93% success rate.

In Norn Iron's 2 games so far Steven Davis has had 88%.  Jordan Henderson has 91% and Fabregas has 89%.

Wanyama can't be that good, he's not even at the Euros!!!

The lobbed through ball for Sturrridge was  brilliant, great vision and inch perfect, but Sturrridge took a fresh air swipe at it, so probably doesn't even count?

Been really impressed with him (Eric dier).

Rooney lost possession several times by running into trouble.

Jordan Henderson must be a better passer of the ball than Cesc Fabregas...

You'll change your mind when you see his pass completion rate.

You can't be serious???

Kenya never qualified for the euros.

I don't think they even made the playoffs.

I won't, because I won't be going if he signs.

Signing loan players from Aberdeen - what would be the point of Dundee United if that ever happened?
