Thomson was convicted on 17 June at Edinburgh Sheriff Court after admitting 'lewd, libidinous and indecent behaviour' towards two girls aged 12 and 14. He admitted to showing them male genitalia, asking the older one for sex and engaging them in sexual chat. I know that not all Dons fans rated him as highly as that but agree that it looks lacking in ambition. Regular in team that finishes second in SPFL to sign for not particularly inspiring League 1 team. I guess he replaces that other Aberdeen great Zander Diamond who has left for pastures New.
