iainmac1
Not like here where we have voted teams in. They have a large pyramid system. So can just promote more teams the season before.
killiefaetheferry
Eejits on bbc radio going on about this. Apparently nobody yet plays in another country's league so the 'old firm' are waiting for a precedent ........like Shaktar Dhonetsk.......but they have ignored Vaduz playing in Switzerland. Probably more kicking about but surely these guys should be better informed .

Stu101
Do the New Zealand teams still play in Oz? What would make more sense would be to have the new league split into north and south- save the 600 mile trips.
scottincarlisle
I'm sure Rangers & Celtic fans will love years of playing in League 1 & possibly the Championship.

ErsatzThistle
If I were them I'd actually reduce the number of teams in the Premier League and Football League. Two or three senior divisions - each of eighteen teams. Regional pyramid structure below that, again also of leagues with a maximum of eighteen teams. Change the play off's so that it's just third from bottom in one league playing against third from top in the division below.
