thplinth
It is funny but Toryism seems to be especially nasty and unpleasant when you have a female leader. Something about Tory burds makes them nasty mental. Their hair gets slowly buffoned (frazzed by the evilness coursing through it 24/7) and they develop a growing messiah complex until eventually they start using the royal 'We' in TV interviews and the men in grey suits finally pull the plug about 10 years from now. Scotland is bound to be high on the malky list of whichever crazy tory witch gets in. Yaaaay better together. That worked out well then. There is no doubt, whichever of them is chosen will look different in a years time. I reckon the stylists will get a lot more added value by choosing May, Leadsom at least looks like she combs her hair at present. It will be like PM questions meets Gok Wan. Who knows, but it would be kind of funny if Cameron's last act as PM was to have the juice ripped out of him by Andy Murray in front of a global TV audience. kumnio
Teresa May is better than Leadsom, but still a dismal thought. Its a sad day when David Cameron looks good.

derekfaejapan
Theresa May: very possibly the last PM of the UK.
Orraloon
Does this not let Gove back in for the final vote?
Regenmann
Doesn't appear to - looks like she could have her kitten heels under the Downing Street table in a matter of days. Unlike Gordon it seems Dave can't vacate No. 10 quick enough.

George Saint
Would have preferred Cameron to still be PM and Osbourne to still be Chancellor, but obviously that wasn't going to be possible after the Brexit vote. I guess May needs to be given a fair chance to prove herself. She seems preferable to Leadsom.
