Not sure what you're blabering on about. It's not a false assumption. The stats back it up.

Now they are in the top league for the first time they can't avoid playing teams from that league away from home. When in the lower leagues they miraculously avoided away ties to top league teams.

If you want me to include this season then it's 20 home to 10 away.

And 8 home ties to against top league teams compared to 2 away.

Doesn't really change much eh?

Paranoia has hit completely new levels.

Why does everyone care so much about a team that the majority of the league apparently "have never played",but still hate to the core???

I'll bite. How did we avoid playing these top teams then?

Was it maybe getting put out before the later stages quite a lot?

or was it a conspiracy? And if so, what brand of tinfoil do you prefer to make your wee tinfoil hats out of ?!

I said I didn't think it was fixed just that the Rangers seemed to get a lot of home ties against top league teams as opposed to away ones. They didn't avoid playing them just not away.

Yes - we have had a lot of home ties in most recent times against top sides, but I remember about 10/12 years back where we didn't have a home cup game for a season and a bit (excluding Hampden). All swings and roundabouts, which will always throw up anomalies.

Couple of Scottish clubs have gone over 10 games in a row without an away tie. Think Celtic also had 7/8 away games in a row, at one stage.

Ooh sensitive wee soul aren't you?

I was just yanking your chain hence the wee smiley at the end however I was also pointing out your twisting of the stats to suit your preferred outcome.

You've also said you don't think it's fixed yet imply otherwise.

Finally, do you understand that every time a draw its a 50-50 chance of being at home? Over a large sample I'm pretty sure this would be the case. Not in a narrow sample chosen to suit your agenda.

Try checking back for 30 or 40 years and see what the stats say.

If you were a high rolling professional gambler surely Accies U20s at 10/11 away to Cumbernauld was the bet of the century tonight

Accies have regularly been top of the development league and some of their youth teams are dynamite

Sadly Shakhtar Donetsk done my treble with Ajax :(
