Do love watching bannan, harks back to another generation, pure gallus etc.

He may find himself in the championship but aslong as he's playing every week, enjoying his football and doing well most weeks it may well be better for us as apposed to be in and out at a crystal palace style club. Similar to Griffiths in that he may be playing in a league that allows to score around 40 odd goals a season but at least he knows that feeling of scoring continually and enjoying his football - just need him to explode that form on to the national team hopefully in this campaign

Snodgrass pen v Arsenal and although they are beaten well Snoddy is holding his own, what a talent and I am sure he will get some offers in January.

If he does continue the form it may be interesting to see who does come in for him. i can't see any of the usual top 4 or even 6 clubs although you never know. Perhaps an Everton or a West Ham.

Burton keeper Jon McLaughlin had a good game today. Kept Brighton out for most of the game. At 29 probably a bit old for a call up but was impressive.

Wouldn't say he was too old and with the normal first three in a bit of a mess he is well worth a look. He was also the keeper in the first division team of the year.

Scoring is not part of his game, it's receiving awkward, scudded,  waist-high balls in the middle of the park, and passing it 10 yards to a team mate without panicking. A crucial skill that few understand the need for. I give you Barry Ferguson as a prime example.

Edit - re-read it and you meant Griffiths and scoring. Sorry, a bit pished.
