Not to fussed about the quality of the hotel as long as its cheap and relatively easy to get to the city centre etc. Only hotel so far that we've found is the 'saba' which is cheap although appears to be a bit out the way. hoofitharder Posted August 12, 2016 Share Posted August 12, 2016 I am staying in the Travelodge Finsbury park i wouldn't call it cheap but for london it is reasonable.I only booked a couple of weeks ago.I phoned the Travelodge central number and told them where roughly i wanted to be and the type of room and they came up with Finsbury park. Graham of Montrose Posted August 15, 2016 Share Posted August 15, 2016 I've recently booked Premier Inn, Archway. 10 minutes on the Tube from Kings X, right next to Tube station when you get there. £170 for twin room for 2 nights, free cancellation. £125 if you pay up front. Stella Artois 1366 Posted August 18, 2016 Share Posted August 18, 2016 See 'Lettingeasy - Brownfield' on Booking.com which is close to 2 underground stations. Roughly £36 per room per night with a rating of 6/10 which can't be too bad. In my opinion, no matter where you stay in London you're as well using the underground to get around.
