clarky1606 Posted August 15, 2016 Share Posted August 15, 2016 Most bars / clubs in St Julians / Paceville made you go outside to smoke but I do recall being in 1 place on the strip where smoking was allowed as long as you weren't near the front doors. I am guessing this was to keep out of the view of the bouncers and passing Police?
