vanderark14
Strachan due to announce his squad today I would love to see him call up Fraser, Burke, Kingsley and Love. This is the ideal opportunity to blood these guys but I reckon strachan will be as predictable as usual.........minus Scott Brown.

For once I actually expect most of those names you listed to be in the squad. Maybe not Kingsley purely because we are well stocked at left back. No Chris Martin either please. Hertsscot
I think it will be tried and trusted as much as possible, we need to get off to a good start against Malta and it has potential banana skin written all over that but I think Burke will be in the squad. I'd like to see Bardsley in the squad simply beause he's playing and Hutton isn't but it's far too much of a gamble to pitch someone like Love in for that fixture. I'm not sure about Kingsley as we're well served at left back, in the long term I wonder whether he could do a job further up the park or even as a central defender. Hope
A tad suprised not to see Cummings or McCormack, again it doesn't exactly fill you with enthusiasm seeing a few of the old guard still in the squad but i suppose we don't have much to pick from
Gala Tartan Army (Borders)
No Mulgrew or Whittaker, but Greer remains in squad. What is the point? And no McCormack.
