Emailed them, got back to me within 10 minutes and resent the order details. Said they had problems with Hotmail & Live accounts yesterday. Absolute pleasure to deal with, quick response....I think our ticketing team could learn a thing or two since the 5 pointer 'sold out' fiasco last week.
