Hes the most intelligent scottish footballer in the last 10 to 15 years. Every time he gets to the byline he actually lifts his head up and looks at what is available and picks someone out.

Does that use up a lot of his intelligence?

The Motherwell game hinged on a dreadful decision. Was a pretty even (and poor) game before the ridiculous red card. Then Hearts score from a massive Deflection and look quite comfortable in the end.

Thought Motherwell were doing ok, even at 1-0 with 10 men, but failed to create anything of note, missed Mcdonald.

Hard fought win for the Dons.

Been impressed with Thistle the last few times they've visited Pittodrie.

Interesting double substitution of hooking 2 defenders for Stockley and Christie was brave but paid off as both not only scored but also changed the game when they came and gave Thistle something different to think about.

Are you Mark McGhee?

Happened right in front of where we were sitting. Boy dived in, straight legged with his studs up. Red card all day long these days.

Good picture here.

But aye it was "ridiculous".

Mind you McGhees take on it is even more bizarre...

"He won the ball and caught him with his trailing foot".

His trailing foot. What game was that halfwit watching?

That picture makes it look worse than it was. He got the ball, yes he caught him after, but it was never a red card.

There's no way you saw that full speed at the game and thought it was a red card.

Ive seen it again on tv, and if that's a red card, we might aswell make it a non contact sport.

Partick were decent today. Apart from time wasting after half an hour. The number 13 in the middle was good as was their number 7.

Pretty poor Dons performance. Couple of completely random changes from McInnes somehow paid off.

Rooney way off the pace again.

They are the best team i've seen at Celtic park this season by quite some distance.

Red card all day long for the Motherwell player, not least for rank stupidity in making the challenge in the first place. Comfortable win, but 3-0 did flatter Hearts a bit. Some of the new players still look a bit short of being fully match fit.
