Getting the bus down overnight and was gonna head to Covent Garden area during the day but 4 of our group are in a hotel in Harrow so was wondering if we should just head there and meet up rather than them having to head across to Covent Garden then double back to Wembley. If its pishing down we'll just be in a pub anyway so are there any good booders in Harrow and will we avoid the Stone Island fannies there.

I'm staying in Harrow too. Hotel is a two mile walk from Wembley. Arriving at Heathrow on matchday at 8am and dunno if I can be bothered heading into central London just to come back out later.

Ill need to plan something though as it's just me and the wee man so we'll no be doing any pubs ?

Used to live in harrow. The town centre is fine but it's only got your standard chain pubs (wetherspoons, o'neills, Yates etc) plus an indie bar called trinity.

if you venture towards the hill there's a few better pubs. The castle is the best pub in harrow (although requires an uphill walk) and then the white horse and the kingsfield arms are both decent as well.

Lived in Harrow for two years and have just moved. Cheap beer (as low as £2.59 a pint of Carlsberg at o'neills up from Debenhams) and it's just up from Wembley.

Apart from that the place is a bit of a shithole, wouldn't recommend staying there for the full day and missing the city centre atmosphere.
