Robroysboy
Congrats to the "Flying Scotsman" Ikechi Anya, arguably the best find by Strachan. What a player and I look forward to seeing him compete in the EPL. Castlemilk's most famous son?

Robroysboy
Hopefully, he gets plenty of chance to shine in the EPL. Fingers crossed. Heard he was taken off today for " tactical reasons" and he is not injured. Such a key player and I expect him to start in dublin.

Such a key player and I expect him to start in dublin. Yes he was. Some suggesting he was injured but from what I heard he was none too pleased to be subbed so that tells me it was tactical and not an injury. Kirk
Happy for him but can't see him playing much next season. I think the same. They will spend some money and he will be a squad player.
1320lichtie
He's done very well with them, had a few cracking assists the last month Love the guy, his twitter would bring a smile to anyone's face, genuinely happy and nice bloke Good luck to him #godisgreat
munroskh
I heard him interviewed on Saturday, he was very gracious in thanking all those people who had believed in him to get him to where he is now. Sounds a lovely guy, and the interviewer mentioned his scoring against Germany, Ikechi said he was so proud!
ProudScot
He's done well but hasn't been as much of a regular this year - I'd imagine getting a game next year will be even tougher so could be a tricky year for him to stay in the international fold
North East Loon
That was a magical moment in Dortmund when he scored, what a celebration when that went in. Good luck to the wee fella, enjoys playing for his country?
Fugitive
His goal in Dortmund is one of my favourites as he was running straight towards with everyone cheering him on.
TartanDave
Definitely don't see him starting much to begin with next season. But imagine Watford will lose a few early on and be forced to play a system quite similar to ours that could see him flourish!

We all thought ( including me) that naismith needed a move from everton due to his lack of game time, only for him to prove us wrong. Now a mainstay in the everton team for most of the season. Hoping anya cando the same.

arbroath55
On the rare off chance that any of you are planning to spend Bank Holiday Monday in Watford then join us for the promotion party kicking off at 1pm with the open top bus ride along St Albans Road into the town centre
arbroath55
Actually best not come, you`d only get scammed http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/news/12921500.Twelve_men_sentenced_for_coercing___775_000_from_a_Watford_man/?ref=ar
Robroysboy
I don't remember everyone saying Naismith should move from Everton. A couple of seasons ago he was getting limited game time and there was alot of discussion on here about him having to move on to keep his scotland ambitions. Pre martinez possibly, who seems to have given him his chance.
