Likewise people who stop and stand either just inside or just outside of doors of shops, train stations etc with no concept of how other people are supposed to get through the doors. And while I'm at it, smokers who stand right in the doorways of pubs, especially on dry days, meaning you have to negotiate through a cloud of fag smoke to get in to the boozer!
