Fairbairn
In the spirit of Halloween me and the missus are going to settle down tonight to watch a horror or 2 (we're both out tomorrow night). Anyone got any good recommendations? Not really in to the gore genre like Saw and Hostel etc, more "proper" horrors like Poltergeist, Amityville etc. I think the last horror I watched was Paranormal Activity which I thought was pretty pish. Lion Rampant
I watched the Conjuring recently which I thought was really good. Always better when they are based on true events
Brummie Hibs
I quite liked Lady in Black. For a Blair Witch type movie, try [Rec]. Japanese version of The Ring I actually thought Paranormal Activity was okay. EDIT: The orphanage is good too Edited October 30, 2014 by Brummie Hibs
ShedTA
yep prefer the psychological horrors to the slashers i must say. have there been any good ones lately? Fairbairn, I quite liked paranormal activity when i saw it. was on my own in the house though so maybe it was a bit spookier then normal. Fairbairn
Cheers, I'll maybe check those out. I should probably have added nothing with Clowns, Dolls, Puppets or freaky weans. I want to be able to get to sleep! I may have just ruled out 95% of horrors though!
