UK rockers Kasabian say a production error caused the message “London is full of s” to be displayed in the backdrop of their concert in Glasgow on Wednesday night. As NME reports, the particularly unflattering message appeared while the band was performing their song “Clouds”. In a statement, guitarist Serge Pizzorno called the incident an “error” and blamed the band’s production team. “We were as shocked as anyone else. The production team ####ed up. There were supposed to be photos of mundane objects in that section but instead I turned around in the middle of ‘Clouds’ and couldn’t believe my eyes. We were all shocked and certainly didn’t mean to offend anyone.” It’s worth noting that “” has a slightly different connotation in the UK than in America, but is still considered a highly vulgar and offensive insult.
