fringo Posted September 1, 2015 Share Posted September 1, 2015 Delivery is incredible. As before, I ordered late one night and it arrived 36 hrs later. Only read first 2 pages of 3rd one but always enjoyable. No rush for me though, as I tend to read it casually in stages. I don't know the uptake but I'd guess not enough TA are buying it that really should give it a go. Very good value and even if you just think it's "ok" it's worth a dip IMO. No offence to Sunnylaw jag or the editors/writers - I'm not saying it's the greatest TA thing I've read but it's worth every penny. I'm only saying that to give an honest opinion which is positive enough for me to keep buying it and hopefully others will consider trying it out. I think I said last year with Issue 1, I contacted the wife of a good friend of mine to recommend it as a Christmas stocking filler (so to speak) for my mate and it was much appreciated. It has been a hard year just working at selling and putting it together, as I have stated before none of us have any journalistic backgrounds or media connections so we will probably never have that incisive interview with a Scottish legend and I'm not sure if we'd know how to do it anyway. Mind you we'd probably end up going down the Jim White school of interviewing " Gordon Strachan, how come you're so good?" As always we're looking for more writers to vary the type of thing that goes in the mag or indeed try your hand at a Facebook article. Thanks as always.
