Although a good idea can't see sponsors and organisers wanting to get involved in this again as at national level after the piss poor turn out by everyone but the tartan army the last time.if it is a club competition then I cannot see top Scottish team being interested either.

A victory Shield type tournament with under 18's and 21's sides could be worthwhile. Might give a bit of a competitive edge to games which could be more beneficial than friendlies?

The format of the comp killed it. Multiple trips to the same place was a daft idea. NI V Wales in Dublin was never going to attract a big crowd.

It should have either been played in a similar fashion to the old home nations champs or if it ha to be in one place do it in one trip with a semi and final.

Agree, the concept was there, just the putting it into place was all wrong...... if they wanted it all in the one country, then have the tournament over the space of a week.... ie 1 game Saturday, 1 game Sunday, next round of games on the Tuesday/Wednesday with finals on the Friday and Saturday.

Making it drag on over a few months was just off putting.... N.Ireland game was good, but really struggled to get myself up for a return to Dublin for the final two games, and just went for the Rep game in the end as it was clearly going to be the grand final.

As a result of this, I now welcome the idea of going back to Lithuania for the 6 million'th time with open arms :-))

Remember the stores in Dublin that Wales were to host the next one.

The final and absolute humiliation of Scottish football if once great clubs start to get turned over by teams from Wales and Ireland.it could be a regular occurance is the worst bit.

Another thing that annoyed me was that they stuck us in the seats behind the goals. Must have been about 2,000 people at the Wales game but someone thought it was a good idea to give us a sh*t seat behind the goal and leave two big empty stands on the half way line.
