I think after Russia missed it must have gone out for a throw in to them. As a Russian player was about to take the throw something was thrown at him (missed), he picked it up and showed the ref and he immediately signalled the end of the match. All the Montenegro players and bench then seemed to blame the Russian (Putin?) and there was a big group hug going on with about 30 folk.
