Not all of us are on Twatter. -
Disappointed of course, but Norway were much stronger in '98 than now (undefeated in qualifying, though in a weak group as top seeds). Again a draw for us was punching above. I was mightily pissed off at a Craig Brown interview before the Morocco game though, in which he sounded as if 3 points were in the bag. You'd have loved his positivity 😋 As an old guy I go now with hope rather than expectation now for the good of my health 😄

For a neutral take on expectations, I took a look at ELO ratings. They have us out of the picture vs Germany, but close behind Switzerland & Hungary. So any more than 2 points in the group and we are punching above.

Me too 👴 Morocco were certainly no mugs. This was a generation after the Zaire game and other African teams were getting out the groups.

Nah, he can take players recovering from injuries, but who will be fit for the later stages.

Not camping myself, but just wondering if they have an 11pm noise curfew and we get out the group 😄 -
Minor point, but they did intervene at half time. Stewards were placed to maintain segregation between them and the lower south stand, so keeping those taunting back. Re. national anthems, I had to watch the timing wee lass signing ours so I knew when to sing, as I couldn't hear a thing for the baying NI mob.

Can't bear to post a live vid. Axel's voice is bad enough. I like Slash though. Guns??? -

@fringo probably thinks he's already posted this 😉 -
As in Niki Lauda, but now owned by Ryanair.

We just booked a return trip for the Nations League with EasyJet; two legs each way with the price inclusive of their DoHop transfer guarantee for the connections, but only three of the four flights appeared on confirmations. Missing one homeward leg. EJ's "help" bots were useless. We eventually found an 0330 number to call (so probably paying for the pleasure), and after a while they gave us DoHop's number to call instead. DoHop said the problem was that 3 flights were in £ and the one in €. They sent us an email with instructions on how to push the payment through, but we still got "There is a Problem". So back on the phone and they sent another email and told us to re-book the missing leg manually with EasyJet, and they say we will still have a transfer guarantee when we reply to DoHop's email with the booking ref. for their records. Hopefully their IT folk sort this out for others.

Me too. Were you close to the away support like us? What a fun night that was 😬 Re. the app; no problems. Can't tell whether clocking-in gives you a point, as am maxed out on home already.

Looking suspiciously unlike Cynthia Johnson singing. Lipps Inc. right enough 🤔 -
Thought it was obvious that ISIS were run by the US. Russians went into Syria and spoilt their party. While everyone (outside Israel) is looking at Palestine, US have targeted Russian assets in Syria. Dunno who benefits from this latest.
