Anyone going to either leg?

I'll be at both - Glasgow leg is now sold out though so if you fancied it, tough.

Just hope it's not the same experience of the last time I was in the end terrace at Scotstoun - one half was just a tirade of Fukk off back to England you fukin English for forty minutes at Greg Tonks from a group of twats behind us.

I take it you don't work for the Marketing Department of the SRU then?

Going to both as they're always a good day out at this time of the year. I don't have a big preference who wins, though the importance of Glasgow getting the top spot will shade it for me.

For two decent matches, I hope Edinburgh don't play Strauss at 12 and Solomons adjusts his terrible gameplan, but too much to hope for. I think Glasgow could rest key players like Gray and Strauss and still win both matches. It's a shame about Bennett's injury as it'd be good to see him line up against Scott. Hopefully Dunbar's back.

Strauss was taken off on Friday night with a bang to the head - he looked pretty groggy so might not be available for this Saturday. Could see Scott and Beard in the centres, which is what pretty much all the Edinburgh fans want to see (or Burleigh once he's fit again).

Edinburgh missing a number of bigger names at the mo - Ford, Gilchrist, du Preez, Watson, Burleigh - who would make a difference to the team.

Yeah, that's really frustrating as the beauty of these games is seeing the best players from both sides up against each other, especially from a Scotland perspective. Comparing Gilchrist v Gray, Watson v Fusaro (also injured), Du Preez v Harley or Strauss all would've been interesting. Shame for Gilchrist as he's surely behind the Grays right now and these matches would've been very handy for him. Watson looks like he could be a top player and Scotland's 7, and Du Preez is already class. I haven't seen much of Burleigh, but Tonks seems the best all round Edinburgh 10 and Scott 12. Playing Scott at 13 at Edinburgh is useless for Scotland, with Dunbar and Bennett the best options there. Anyway, heard Burleigh may be available?

I'd heard that rumour too. To be fair most of the time for Edinburgh, Scott is lining up at 12 when they're attacking, and 13 in defence.
