If you're not supporting Scotland, you shouldn't be in the Scotland end.

Pretty simple stuff, eh?

What about our lads and lassies in amongst the German and Polish fans lately ? And umpteen other nations and umpteen other games in the past. There will be no hassle. We behave ourselves and "self police" if necessary, so do the Irish. I'm sure the polis will swiftly deal with any wee neds that may appear.

And our fans being there in large numbers amongst the away supporters when we've played Germany, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, France etc.......... ?

Can't have one rule for the TA and another for other countries supporters, that's not on. The Irish lads are more than welcome to watch the game amongst our support.

Where did I say that it was one rule for one and one for another. If the Irish want to do it let them we do to but the Scots buying tickets for them and encouraging them too?!?! Idiotic

You're missing an important element of his post. They were wearing Celtic tops and waving Larsson flags. That's not Irish - that's Celtic F.C.

They brought their club nonsense to an international game and were basically saying "We don't support Scotland cause we support Celtic."

I'd blame SFA security if people are going into the home end with Larsson Celtic flags it's obvious to rile home fans.

Then again I've seen a few United shirts with Rooney on the back next to me at Lansdowne Road...scary stuff! :yikes3:

Actually I remember the Swiss game a while back Mick McCarthy's last match,Saipan had rumbled on I remember two Irish lads one who supported Man United and one who supported Liverpool coming to near blows in the stand next to me - sad really!

Re 3rd/4th generation was in Vienna last September for Trap's farewell and met a Brummie(think Peaky Blinders) who was 3rd generation Irish should I have said 'Back to Birmingham with you young man you've no place here with us' ;)

I always think the Irish immigrants and sons/daughters of immigrants are more passionate about Ireland then those who actually live in the country.

Rod Stewart and his family Scottish daft for example.

Scots won't buy tickets for their own home match so us irish are buying them and have to cos the SFA wouldn't give us more than 5%, what the fuk is the problem here? It happens for big games.

The problem is that segregation is required to ensure the safety of fans.

As far as I'm aware I know people who aren't even trying because everyone was said it's sold out ages ago knows what the SFA are playing at.

And you still don't get it!!!!! Not saying there's anything wrong with it but Scots buying you boys tickets and encouraging you to come in our ends stupid FFS!!!! It's a home game. The less of you boys the better, I'm sure you will think the same next June about us.

How about people start trying to make their Scotland supporting friends aware that the SFA are still releasing small batches and try encourage them to buy them instead???

Scots buying tickets for us? First I have heard of it is right now, as for June I know you boys will get a lot more than your allocation, if the irish won't buy them then why not let the scots have em, don't see the problem, the Irish that won't turn up for scots game or Poland will only turn up when Italy or Brazil are in town so fuk them that's what I say.

This never seemed to bother you boys when the shoe was on the other foot, why couldn't the sfa just give us 10% in the first place instead of this crap happening its a complete joke

Agree the $FA and the FAI should have came to an agreement 10-20% each. But they have not and anyone buying a ticket for the wrong end cannot expect to gain access if wearing colours.

It's hypocritical for us to complain about away fans in our end when we do it for most games ourselves. Many of TA over the years have also been helped to get home end tickets by the away supporters.

The FAI will probably mirror the SFA's action of giving Ireland the minimum of tickets, so naturally the TA will be looking to get home end tickets in Dublin. If you look around, there's also a couple of the Irish lads already offering to help the TA get home tickets in Dublin. It's simply good sportsmanship.

I realise some are upset because we rarely have away fans in amongst but it's just for one game. Everything's back to normal after that.

It's been mentioned on this thread. Plus plenty encouraging you to do it. It's daft. No offence but I want as little of you lot in Parkhead as possible.

Sorry but I couldn't give a bollocks about good sportsmanship, nothing against it happening as we do it all over the world but to encourage/help them is crazy what good is it going to do the team encouraging more away fans into the ground?
