Is it not in Stonehaven they have the fireball thing at new year? I'd probably rather see that for free! "Don't you want me baby" is quite appropriate though. TartanJon
Looks like the Dons are after Rangers' Ian Black http://www.afc.co.uk/mobile/news/5151.php He would be a good signing since he was a 'Star Player' for his previous team Need the bogs in the Merkland done badly as well

Fairbairn
He signed for Rangers in summer 2012 I'm pretty sure in the season prior to joining us he was regarded as one of, if not the, best performers at Hearts. That's what got him to the fringes of the Scotland squad. As it happens, he's pish.

AberdeenAngus
Is the media in a worse state than Rangers? Keith Jackson just tweeted the following: keith jackson @tedermeatballs 11m11 minutes ago Out for dinner but just to clarify the rumours about ian black going to aberdeen are completely untrue. Pool Q
Black is not a popular player, and it doesn't suit quite a few agendas, but the fact is he was excellent for Hearts the year we won the cup. Based on his form that season he probably merited his international call-up. He then got caught up in the Levein stuff, opted to take the money at Rangers in the close season (it's what he does for a living) having not been offered a new deal by Hearts, and made his one and only appearance for Scotland at Easter Road at the start of the next. The booing was predictable, but in general not the players fault. Quite why he has been so bad for Rangers in the lower leagues, when he performed so well at Hearts in the SPL is a matter for the coaching staff at Rangers. He is far from unique in that though, McCoist et al have turned a few decent players into carthorses. sbcmfc
Similar story with Nicky Law pool Q, he was excellent at motherwell! Had the odd quiet game, but was creative and scored goals. He started well at rangers, and has deteriorated. He should have looked like Messi in the lower leagues! "..the best winger I ever saw, better than Ronaldo.." Was perhaps an exaggeration, but the disappointment at him leaving was mainly because he was a very good player for Motherwell.
