  1. The wokies are already gunning for Forbes Steafan Dedalus @StFilansDream Kate Forbes is not the answer. Okay she speaks Gaelic which is good…but her right-wing neo-conservative ultra-Christian orthodoxy won’t cut it.
  2. https://wingsoverscotland.com/an-uncommon-occurrence/ News reaches Wings this evening that Humza Yousaf has called an emergency meeting of the Scottish Cabinet at 10 o’clock tomorrow morning. (This information has been confirmed directly to us by a source very close to a member of said Cabinet.) An emergency Cabinet meeting is an extraordinarily rare event. As far as we can establish there have only been two during the SNP’s time in power – when the budget failed to pass in 2009 and Alex Salmond’s administration had to decide whether or not to trigger a general election, and one the day after the Brexit vote to supposedly plan a second indyref (LOL). But in any case they’re extremely unusual. The subject of the meeting has not been disclosed to us. It could, for example, concern imminent developments in Operation Branchform, or it could relate to the Bute House Agreement between the SNP and the Scottish Greens. Or Scotland could be about to declare war on Morocco or something. But we are told that the fact of the meeting taking place is a 100% certainty. So no sleeping in tomorrow, readers. It’s probably going to be big.
  3. Shocking that it needs someone like this to say it rather than someone from the SNP
  4. Just seen he has made another arse of himself regarding the Horizon Post Office scandal If i was a cynic i would say it is completely down to him being a devolutionist rather than an Independence seeker
  5. Last night somebody on twatter said that they had heard this was a possibility and i said it was 100% pish Nothing would surprise you anymore with the NuSNP however this would be the death knell
  6. Kevin McKenna @kmckenna63 Many of us thought that Harvie was a 'wrong un' from the outset. His opinion about Cass raises questions about child safety in Scotland. How did someone with these views insinuate himself into the government of Scotland?
  7. Had a fiver on the desmond, forgot about it so didn't think about cashing out English prick
  8. It isn't perverse You really had to have been there ....on more occasions that i care to remember Argentina done something to the Scottish psyche in the late 70s - fact
  9. I see how that worked when it came to Yousaf or Forbes .... not to mention being warned what was likely to happen They binned support for Forbes because of her objection to the GRR And that will be their priority when the next leadership election happens because they have surrounded themselves with a wokerati team base
  10. Leighton James passes away aged 71 A nemesis for those of a certain age in the 70s
  11. It's good ideology however the thorny issue is that almost every branch has been infiltrated never mind the SNP NEC Did any branch endorse Kate Forbes or Ash Regan, apart from their own constituences ? Pissing against the wind would be easier
  12. I'm still waiting to hear what the plan is once the SNP take a hammering at the general election Everyone hoping that a phoenix rises from the flames might be very disappointed For a start there will need to be another leadership election if Humza resigns and the Sturgeon loyalists will not be happy about that meaning more civil war Next you have what's left of the membership are those that actually voted Humza as leader who will be voting on the next leader Then you have the SNP Holyrood mafia - they will be untouched by a General Election wipeout - and virtually all of them supported Humza Shona Robison, Karen Adam, Christina McKelvie, Shirley Ann Somerville etc etc Forbes might not win again Then you have the 20-30 MPs that are booted out at the GE - they become mainly non entities
