Bristol Killie Posted August 12, 2015 Share Posted August 12, 2015 Looking to take the family away to the sun next summer and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of places they have stayed with kids. Looking at the likes of Majorca and Menorca, i.e flights up to 3 hours duration due to the pain of flying with young ones. Kids will be 2 and 5 at that point so looking for somewhere with a good pool etc ans some form of entertainment. Kids club during day & disco at night. Two pools. Great place, loads of places to eat at the marina. Two beautiful beaches in walking distance. Aquarock water park about a 15 minute walk. dezmondo Posted August 13, 2015 Share Posted August 13, 2015 I find Turkey a great destination for holidays with the kids where you are spoilt for choice with all inclusive resorts that cater superbly with children. Eating out is reasonable and every restaurant tries to cater for Kids with many having their own softplay etc. We went to Cala N Forcat. Cheers BK We stayed at the First Choice Holiday Village in Menorca this year and are going back again next year. Best place to go with young kids as they are entertained the whole day and night. We've stayed in 4 star all inclusive hotels with brilliant amenities - Kids club, kids pools etc. Bulgaria is only 3- 3.5 hours flying time, and it is as cheap as chips. You can get a large beer in Sunny Beach for between 40p and 80p, a nice meal won't set you back more than a fiver. The animation team were great and kept the kids entertained. Its only a 3 hour flight from Stansted. Cheap if you book early. We stayed for 10 nights all inc 2 adults and1 child for £1680. washboarder Posted September 22, 2015 Share Posted September 22, 2015 (edited) Medplaya calypso salou 100% child friendly, also beach 10 mins walk, and theme park portaventura close by 10 mins. found it cheaper to book flights to reus seperate and hotel on travel republic or booking . com . airport only 6 miles away. all inclusive a good option.
