Dave in London
Blimey. For about the 50th year running Spurs look good. For about the 50th year nothing will come of it - again. But that goal. That goal. Picasso.

DonnyTJS
Just hijacking the thread here but found this recently. Peter Kitchen (my avatar) left DRFC for Orient in '77. I was devastated. He scored seven times in the O's FA cup run in 1978, taking them to the semi-finals. Also, good to see the Stamford Bridge pitch back in its prime ... Parklife
Wonderful goal. He looks like a player with outstanding ability. Credit to pochetinno for having the belief to throw him in this season.

That was the first season I remember following the FA Cup, I just assumed Orient were one of the main teams in England. I don't think they've done anything since! EddardStark
If there is ever a year that Spurs are going to serious challenge for the title then this is it. Spurs and England have some fantastic talent.
killiefaetheferry
Not bad. Nice to see the boy has been studying Faddy videos. The one for Everton v. Charlton (?) was better.

macy37
Folk go on about people always talking about the epl on here. It struck me on Saturday that it's little wonder they do go on about it when our national radio station insist in constantly reading out the scores from that league on a Saturday while covering our own games. As ridiculous as it sounds, I agree with Macy......... I doubt they go on about our scores down there when a game is on.

Orraloon
Totally unmarked, nobody even tried to tackle him. Davie Cooper scored a far better goal about 30 years ago.

Angus_Young
didn't think it was too bad, the 2-2 and the 4-5 (games I watched in the pub) were great I lasted about 55 minutes then turned over. Seen the 2-2 at work and would agree that it was decent. I've steadily lost interest over the last few years for these 'big' games. Not just in the EPL but the CL as well. The teams are a lot more cagey these days, almost like they are terrified of making a mistake. There are undoubtedly moments of brilliance down there, bit the games, as a whole are a lot less appealing imo.

Jardine often talks of it, as no one ever gives his a mention and it was the best goal he ever scored
